For a critique-
You need to define the chin a little more, as is it blends into the neck. The shoulders some out a little too far and the arms should be a little bit thicker. Other than that it looks okay ^.^

Yeh, I agree with defining the chin area, dont make the eyes so slanted. She does look rather hunched over aswell, not sleek enough in the shoulders. Maybe her arms should be closer to her body too, as in her shoulders look 'popping' out. Maybe her stomach is too long too.
Sorry for the horrible critique, just thought I would comment on some things that you can look out for next time. Did you draw it first of paint straight into the computer? Sometimes I feel painting straight into the computer can make more mistakes than what drawing first will do.
